    You’re so lucky to have Soluto installed. I think that problem occurs thanks to the DivX video codec which is well-known as system-crash-factor, but not the DivX Player itself. DivX was good but they was at peek like forever ago. I’m now using K-Lite Mega Codec Pack in Windows 7 and there’s no problem at all. I highly recommend you to use PotPlayer for video playback.
