You know that your friends, family and colleagues can trust you to help them with their PCs. It’s important to make sure they know it too. Update your Soluto profile to include your photo and a little bit about yourself to add that all-important personal touch and remind them that they’re in good hands. Then when you send an invite or take an action on someone’s PC, they’ll see your photo and feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of.

It’s easy to add a profile photo. Here’s how:

• 1. Click on your name in the top right corner of your Soluto dashboard.

• 2. Now you can edit your profile, adding information about yourself, a link to your website, updating your photo and more.

• 3. To update the photo, click on the blank user icon and then press the upload button to browse photos on your computer.

• 4. Select your photo and then crop it to the perfect size and press the blue “Crop” button to finish.

Your photo is just one of the things on your profile that you can personalize to help people know more about you, so don’t stop there. It’s very easy to add your website and a little note about yourself: just click and type.

Feel free to come back and update your profile as often as you’d like.
